My Story

I was a wild woman. I ran by passion, feelings, fire. Until Jesus. He undeniably changed who I was and is in the midst of completing that work. Read my testimony in Fire Women. You can also connect with me on Facebook and LinkedIn.

Joanna Sanders, Writer/Founder

I founded this company with one principle in mind, to glorify God and to display the beauty of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. All of the work that we do is centered around that mission.

The scripture of Colossians 4:6 is what He illuminated when I asked Him how to do it. He gave me the courage to tell my story. Now we help others to do the same; ensuring that their words are full of grace, salt, and appropriate for the audience.

Personally, my most important role is as a disciple and bondservant of the Lord Jesus Christ. I am also a wife and a mother, and am passionate about being a "doer" of the Word (James 1:22).

I am a graduate of Villanova University (English), Moody Theological Seminary (Biblical Foundation), and have completed additional course work through Manna Bible Institute as well as The Biblical Counseling Foundation. My specialty lies in ensuring and supporting Biblical accuracy.

With more than two decades of professional and creative writing experience, I have been featured in numerous publications, including Today's Christian Living, The Institute for Faith, Work, and Economics, Qara.org, The Acton Institute, The Sons Hub, The Christian Post, The Christian Editor's Network, and Focus on the Family magazine. From my time as a personal trainer, I was also featured in Personal Fitness Professional Magazine.

I am the author of Fire Women: Sexual Purity & Submission for the Passionate Woman and Healing from Acid Reflux. I am also the co-author and editor of DiscipleTrip by Dr. Joey Cook.

I am an active leader in women's ministries and discipleship training, including online Bible studies.

Despite any training or associations, however, the only thing that qualifies me for this type of writing, is that the true desire of my heart is to be in submission to the Holy Spirit; to speak His word, and to glorify His name (2 Corinthians 3:5).
